Director – Dublin, Ireland
Barby’s career journey has been both extensive and diverse. With over 15 years of experience in Workforce Solutions, Managed Service, and Engineering, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Since 2006, Barby has held the position of Managing Director at HRSelect Inc. and HRSolutions Global Solutions. In this capacity, she has overseen operations in multiple countries, including the Philippines, Iraq, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates. This international scope highlights her ability to navigate and manage diverse work environments and cultures. She has also been working for a Managed Service Provider in Ireland for more than a year now, with her role being primarily involving handling of clients and recruitment agencies.
One of her key strengths lies in managing teams across various sectors and regions. This includes overseeing recruitment efforts in the challenging and dynamic regions of the Middle East, North Africa, and South East Asia. Her leadership in these regions demonstrates her adaptability and effectiveness in diverse cultural and business contexts.
Barby’s career history is not limited to her roles in workforce solutions. She also has prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE, which showcases her technical knowledge in the field of engineering. Additionally, she has served as an Executive Assistant, indicating her proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks. This diverse background equips her with a broad skill set and a wealth of leadership experience, making her a valuable asset in various professional settings.
Mark Paragas
Director – Manila, Philippines
With over fourteen years of diverse experience, he excels in end-to-end recruitment, including staff and executive searches, recruitment operations and utilizing systems like Taleo and SAP. His background includes three successful site launches, program initiation, and a proven track record in organization development.
Recently, he has delved into renewable energy consulting and power distribution sales, showcasing his adaptability and skills in these evolving sectors.
